About the Role

• Preparing and submitting loan applications and compliance documentation;
• Ensuring quality and compliance of all finance submissions per NCCP standards;
• Managing conditional and unconditional approvals;
• Processing formal loan documentation including Letters of Offer and Mortgage Documents in preparation for settlement;
• Coordinating settlements with clients, lenders, solicitors, conveyancers, builders, and land agents;
• Identifying and resolving potential issues that may delay approval or settlement;
• Managing construction loan progress payments with clients and builders;
• Conduct annual loan reviews and assist with product variations to minimise client run-off and protect the loan book;
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the client journey, delivering clear and timely communication, high-quality service, and personalised support to guide clients smoothly through each phase of the loan process from initial engagement to settlement;
• Maintain effective relationships with referral partners, lenders, settlement agents and any other stakeholders; and
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and lender/aggregator requirements.
About you;
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a mortgage brokerage or financial services support role;
• Advanced customer service and communication skills;
• Strong data entry and document handling skills with high attention to detail;
• Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to work proactively and independently while maintaining high accuracy;
• Familiarity with loan submission and processing software such as Broker Engine & Apply Online will be highly regarded; and
• Cert 4 or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage broking will be looked at favourably
