About The Role

Join our centralised Financial Control team in this part-time Accounts Officer role and take ownership of our Finance IT ecosystem, including the Accounting ERP, supporting systems, and revenue reconciliation platform. You'll work closely with the Project team to drive process implementation, optimisation, and support the exciting migration of our ERP to TechnologyOne. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact at the intersection of finance and technology, while enjoying the flexibility of part-time work.

What You'll Do

As part of our centralised Financial Control team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimising our finance systems while supporting the migration to TechnologyOne. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage and maintain the Finance IT ecosystem, including ERP workflows, system upgrades, and process improvements.
• Design and implement internal system controls to ensure accuracy and quality of financial data.
• Collaborate with IT, finance teams, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and meet business requirements.
• Support reporting and data enablement through tools such as Tableau, Power BI, TM1, and data warehouse integration.
• Contribute to the TechnologyOne ERP migration by documenting requirements, participating in testing, and supporting change management.
• Train and guide finance team members in system usage, processes, and user guides to maximise system adoption and efficiency.·
