We're on the hunt for a reliable, switched-on Spiral Duct Machine Operator to join our team in Carole Park.

You'll be working with a crew that knows their stuff — producing top-quality spiral ducting for commercial HVAC projects right across Queensland.

What you'll be doing:

  • Operating spiral duct machine and sheet-metal forming machinery
  • Measuring, cutting, and assembling ductwork to spec
  • Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and running smoothly
  • Working alongside the production and logistics teams to meet daily targets

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience operating metal-forming or ducting machinery (preferred)
  • Has a good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Has basic computer literacy for job tracking and labels

What's on offer:
