Introduction

We are seeking a casual trainer to deliver Short Courses across the Illawarra region. This is to deliver units specialising in Hospitality and/or RF Scanning. Help our students upskill and provide real life experiences to help them succeed within the Hospitality or Warehousing Industry.

About you

  • Must hold a current up to date TAE40116 including LLN or TAE 401A and TAEASS502 or 502B

  • Must hold below units in Hospitality and willing to provide evidence of industry experience - If applying for Hospitality

  • SITXFSA005 Use hygienic practices for food safety.

  • SITXWHS005 - Participate in safe work practices

  • Must hold the below units or TLI30321 Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations and be able to provide evidence of industry experience - If applying for RF Scanning

    -TLIA0004 – Complete receival and despatch documentation

    -TLIK2010 – Use info technology devices in the workplace

    -TLIA0022 – Pick and process orders

  • Willingness to travel to other sites

  • An inclusive and supportive approach to people

  • Be a driven, supportive and community minded person

  • Able to work with a range of learners to support them in building future opportunities for themselves through learning

  • Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational area

  • Ability to identify barriers to learning to support student attendance
