Aviation Trade Instructor - Avionics

Our company is seeking an experienced Aviation Trade Instructor to join our training team in Nowra. As an aeroskills trainer/assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to both civilian and defence personnel.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and possess a Cert IV in Aeroskills (Avionics). You should also have experience working in a registered training organisation (RTO) and knowledge of CASA training requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing training plans in accordance with regulatory and training requirements
  • Delivering high-quality training to both civilian and defence training cohorts
  • Liaising with stakeholders across the business and industry
  • Supporting students on their learning journey
  • Managing documentation and training records

Requirements:

  • Experience as an AME/LAME with a focus on mechanical systems
  • Cert IV in Aeroskills (Avionics)
  • Experience in a registered training organisation (RTO)
  • Knowledge of CASA training requirements
