Full Time Position

We have a vacancy for a detailed oriented, motivated and highly organised professional to fill the role of Casino Gaming Analyst within our Gaming Department. Salary will be commensurate with experience for the right candidate.

Position Summary

The Casino Gaming Analyst plays a vital role in evaluating gaming operations, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights to support revenue growth and operational efficiency. This role works closely with Gaming Management and Executive Leadership to provide strategic recommendations and insights that drive performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Analyse game performance to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

· Monitor key performance indicators such as win/loss ratios, hold percentages, game popularity.

· Support game placement, configuration, and promotional strategy through data modelling and forecasting.

· Develop and maintain regular dashboards and reports for management, including assisting with monthly and rolling year on year reporting as required.

· Identify and address skill gaps in individual team members and across the department, making recommendations on appropriate training solutions.

· Assist with casino floor optimisation, including layout recommendations and performance-based changes.

· Assist with the preparation and drafting of submissions to the Gaming and Racing Commission as required.

· Provide analysis to support marketing, loyalty programs, and executive requests, including assessing the effect of various marketing programs on game performance both before and after implementation.

Qualifications and Expectations

· Bachelor's degree or qualification in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Finance, or a related field.

· Experience in analytics, or business intelligence role.

· Proficiency in Excel, and business intelligence tools/software.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills with a keen attention to detail; and

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

· Experience in gaming or hospitality analytics.

· Familiarity with casino operations and regulatory requirements.
