Will be leading a project team to create new games from idea to post-launch. Will create rules, characters, setting, stories, and props for new games with your understanding of the industry, market, and target audiences.

**Responsibilities**
- Developing game protocols and defining game-play mechanics.
- Coordinating with other game developers, art designers, and coders to ensure the whole process and quality.
- Managing the entire game development cycle, from creative concepts to publish.
- Planning and conducting researches on industry trends, best practices, and culture preferences in different countries.
- Leading the analysis on the performance of gameplay, new features, promotion & sales, events, and LiveOps after launch.
- Monitoring the key metrics, and adjusting the game features, operations, and designs with the goal of improving revenue and user experience.
- Pitching new game ideas to executives.

**Requirements**:

- Good knowledge of the gaming industry (social casino games), a proven track record in mobile games in the US market.
- Quick learner with an open mindset.
- Enthusiasm and solid knowledge of the game industry.
- Ownership, good management skills, strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teamwork.
- Relocation in Hong Kong

**Salary**: $62,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
