HR Consultant

We're seeking an experienced HR Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven consulting environment.

In this role, you will:

• Support delivery of HR advisory, compliance and operational services across multiple client organisations
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Work with our HR team to deliver high-quality consulting outcomes aligned with client needs
• Contribute to the ongoing development of HR frameworks, systems and tools
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development
• Collaborate across our HR, WHS and QA teams to support integrated service delivery

This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, client interaction and problem-solving — and who wants to genuinely influence outcomes across many businesses instead of just one.

You will bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Management or a related discipline
• Approx. 10+ years' experience in HR generalist roles (consulting experience highly regarded but not essential)
• Strong working knowledge of Fair Work, modern awards and HR best practice
• Demonstrated experience in document development, policy writing and HR process improvement
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Clear, confident and professional communication skills
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, initiative and confidentiality
• A genuine interest in consulting and working across diverse industries
