  • A strong track record leading high-profile, high-value property or projects that deliver both commercial and community outcomes.
  • Sharp commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to provide strategic advice and assess property impacts.
  • Resilience and adaptability - you're resourceful, thrive in complexity, and can work independently in the absence of set processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience preparing board papers and delivering presentations to high-level stakeholders.
  • Confidence and presence to influence and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
