Family Services Practitioner - Thomastown

Full-time | Locum until 30 June 2026 | SCHADS Level 5 ($ $66.65/hr + super)

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Family Services Practitioner to join a supportive, values-driven team in Thomastown

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families. You'll work with around 10 families, using a coaching approach that empowers parents to build their confidence, strengthen relationships, and create lasting positive change

About You

You're a bubbly, engaging practitioner who brings warmth and enthusiasm to your work. You'll have experience in the Child and Family sector, ideally across IFS, FPR or early parenting programs.

What You'll Bring
  • Qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services or related field (minimum Diploma)
  • Experience supporting families through case management or parenting programs
  • Strong understanding of child development, risk assessment, and family dynamics
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
