This role can be based in eitherPerthorSydney, offering flexibility and support as you grow your career in a dynamic, people-first environment.What You'll DoAssist in processing payroll for over 2,000 employees across AustraliaMaintain and update employee records, including onboarding new startersSupport the calculation of termination payments and payroll adjustmentsContribute to end-of-month and end-of-year reconciliations and reportingDeliver high-quality customer service via Workday help cases, email, and phoneCollaborate with People & Culture and other Corporate Services teams to ensure seamless supportAbout YouWhat you'll bring:EssentialA foundational understanding of Australian payroll legislationStrong attention to detail and numerical accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentClear communication and problem-solving skillsA proactive, team-oriented mindsetDesirableExperience with ADP Payforce and/or Workday HCMProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookLife At RSMRSM provides a great environment to build skills and confidence and we help our people achieve their best.
