Do you have the clinical expertise and heart to guide individuals and families through end-of-life care with dignity and compassion?

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join our close-knit Clinical Team. In this role, you will:

  • Deliver advanced, evidence-based palliative nursing care to clients in their homes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and personalised care
  • Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to colleagues and students
  • Promote client autonomy, dignity, and quality of life during end-of-life care
  • Participate in ongoing service development, education, and quality initiatives

What You'll Bring

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in advanced palliative care nursing
  • Strong clinical decision-making and holistic assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
  • The ability to participate in our 24/7 care roster - including weekends and on call
  • A current QLD Class C Driver's Licence (essential)
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Palliative Care (desirable)
