About the role:
We are looking for talented Sushi/Sashimi Chef to play a pivotal role in bringing our culinary vision to life. Operating within a state-of-the-art kitchen and restaurant. You must be highly motivated and focused, with excellent attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Experience & Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar high-quality restaurant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passionate about food, people, hospitality.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Adaptable to change.
- Able and willing to work shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
