About Fingermark
Fingermark is a global tech company based in New Zealand with teams in Australia, Brazil, the Philippines, Canada and the United States. For over 17 years it has been a world leader in digital transformation and leads the way in the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and associated hardware products for the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector.
Fingermark designs, builds and deploys leading-edge digital technology solutions enabling operational efficiency, revenue gains and enhanced customer experiences. From AI software with real-time business analytics and consultancy through to kiosks and menu boards - Fingermark designs fit-for-purpose innovative solutions and ecosystems.
Fingermark are partnering with some of the world's biggest QSR brands to deliver innovative solutions that transform how they do business. To help us deliver on our vision, we are looking for a visionary Product Manager to join our team.
About the role
Eyecue is Fingermark's restaurant intelligence platform, using computer vision to solve real operational challenges inside the QSR industry. In this role, you'll shape where the product goes next, bringing the voice of the customer into every discussion, grounding decisions in data, and working closely with QSR operators to understand how the product can genuinely support their operational needs.
You'll set the direction for how QSR operators can deliver the best possible customer experience by supporting operational excellence inside their restaurants. This calls for a visionary mindset: understanding where the industry is heading, what customers truly need (including needs they may not yet articulate), and how Eyecue can continue to deliver meaningful value on a global scale.
Close collaboration is core to the work. The role partners closely with engineering leaders and the UX team to ensure the product is feasible, usable and aligned to outcomes that matter. Maintaining an accurate roadmap, making sound, data-informed decisions and helping the product keep momentum in a fast-moving environment are all key parts of the role.
This role suits someone who enjoys thinking ahead, working directly with customers, and guiding a product with clarity and intent in a dynamic, high-pressure space.
What you'll be doing:
• Maintaining the product roadmap and communicating it clearly to internal stakeholders
• Collaborating with engineering and product design/UX to ensure feasibility and usability
• Working with engineering leaders to facilitate product roadmap processes
• Influencing teammates using data and sound reasoning
• Engaging constructively with engineers, designers and company leaders
• Developing understanding across engineering, design, finance, sales and marketing
• Understanding the competitive landscape for the products you manage
• Working with customers to understand their known and unknown needs
• Partnering with engineering to support a stable, healthy product
• Ensuring engineers understand the company's vision and outcomes
• Championing regular feedback loops to measure outcomes and support continuous learning
About you
You're an experienced Product Manager with a background in QSR or a closely related industry where technology meets real operational complexity. You understand customer needs, industry pressures and how computer-vision-driven insights can support decision-making. Deep comfort with data allows you to translate information into clear, well-grounded product direction.
Clear product thinking comes naturally to you. You focus on direction and outcomes, not just what to build, but why it matters. Communicating a vision in a grounded, practical way is something you do well, and you bring others with you through steady, confident collaboration. You maintain focus, build alignment and support momentum while keeping sight of the wider context.
Strong cross-functional relationships are central to your work. Influencing through data and reasoning, navigating competing priorities professionally and engaging confidently with specialists across engineering, design, sales, finance and customer operations are all part of how you operate. Staying close to QSR operators and understanding their known and emerging needs is something you value.
A balanced, thoughtful approach is what anchors your leadership. Grounded and practical, yet forward-thinking, you're someone who enjoys looking ahead and shaping what comes next. You appreciate feedback loops, continuous learning and the discipline needed to maintain a stable, healthy product.
