What You'll Do

  • Confidently engage with prospective students, clearly presenting the American medical program and its associated services. You must quickly master the program's details, processes, and procedures to address questions with authority, build trust, and instil confidence in the program's quality
  • Convert motivated student leads into successful applications
  • Drive results and exceed your KPIs while delivering outstanding service
  • Own your success: your income grows as you do

What We're Looking For

  • Ability and desire to quickly learn, and strong problem-solving skills once you have acquired the knowledge, combined with a genuine commitment to customer care
  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, preferably in the education sector
  • Clear English speaker with outstanding communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently and manage your own schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Results-driven with a clear focus on delivering on KPIs and targets
  • Able to balance performance and empathy. Success is measured by both numbers and student satisfaction
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft 365
  • Solid skills in Pipedrive CRM and EDM platforms are a definite advantage
