We're currently expanding our sales footprint and looking for a highly driven Key Account Manager / Sales Representative based in North Sydney.

The Role
This is a remote, field-based role responsible for growing our presence north of the Great Sydney including the regional North Sydney. Your primary mission:

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with existing retailers

  • Proactively identify and win new accounts in the region

  • Represent our high-end product range with energy and professionalism

You'll be our face to clients — visiting stores and showrooms regularly, presenting new collections, and keeping accounts engaged and informed.

What We're Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if you're:
Based in North Sydney or surrounding suburbs (must-have)
Highly motivated and hungry for sales
An excellent communicator with strong customer service instincts
Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
Proven in a field sales or retail sales environment (home improvement or building products preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow existing sales and open new accounts across North Sydney

  • Visit showrooms to understand customer needs and offer solutions

  • Deliver exceptional service and product education to drive loyalty

  • Stay up-to-date with product changes and keep stores informed

  • Proactively follow up on leads and opportunities
