We're currently looking for casual NSW Event Crew to be part of our workforce at the heart of our operations. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, working as part of a team and helping to deliver high-quality events, this is the role for you

With an exciting concert and sports season ahead; bring your energy, punctuality, reliability and professionalism, and be part of the casual ongoing crew that makes every event run smoothly and successfully You will be working across pre-event build, post-event breakdown and on-hand across event days.

Working with top clients across multiple venues and helping to deliver major events for the 2025/2026 concert/sport season:

  • AC/DC
  • Lady Gaga
  • United Cup Tennis
  • Sydney Royal Easter Show
  • Ed Sheeran
  • & plenty more

Reporting to the Project Manager a successful application will meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
  • Strong reliability and punctuality – dependable team members are essential.
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physically demanding tasks (including lifting, carrying, and moving equipment/flooring).
  • Strong collaborative team-work skills, with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Clear communication skills and a good command of both verbal and written English.
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully, adhering to site safety protocols, and always use PPE correctly.
  • Previous event, venue, or labouring experience is desirable.
  • Able to deliver work to the standard required.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure, even in fast-paced or changing environments.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 20-25kg if or when required.
