Senior Recruitment Consultant – Social Work and Mental Health

$75,000 – $90,000 + attractive bonus structure

Permanent, Full-time role

Role Summary

Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process within the healthcare sector, managing both candidate and client relationships. This 360-degree role includes sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in perm roles while actively developing and maintaining a strong client portfolio. The role requires proactive business development, building and nurturing client relationships, and identifying new opportunities to drive growth.

Duties


• Candidate sourcing, management and engagement


• Manage candidate compliance requirements


• Client relationship management and Business growth


• Contribute to Team Excellence


• Achieve monthly revenue and activity level targets

Skills/Experience


• Proven experience in Social Work & Mental Health or healthcare recruitment (ideally within permanent placements)


• Strong business development and client relationship management track record, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


• Understanding of compliance and credentialing requirements for healthcare professionals (e.g., AHPRA registration, vaccinations, visa/work rights).


• Experience with pipeline planning and forecasting recruitment needs in response to market trends.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Must have full working rights in Australia

Salary

$75,000 – $90,000 + attractive bonus structure
