My client is a world renowned trading firm operating across both traditional and crypto markets. With technology at the forefront of their trading business, they are always on the lookout for top technologists They're actively looking for a strong Application Support Engineer to join their team in Singapore.

The Role:

  • Initial point of contact for all algorithmic and systematic trading across traditional finance and crypto markets.
  • Support all systematic / trading issues that arise in relation to proprietary in-house built trading platforms.
  • Work closely with the development, infrastructure, and front office teams to ensure the systems are performing with the highest efficiency.
  • Continuously drive automation, including identifying and remediating manual/low value activities and misaligned tasks.

Ideally, you'll have the following:

  • Minimum 3+ years of production support within an investment bank or hedge fund.
  • Front office experience within any business function i.e Equities, Fixed Income etc…
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, bonus if you have experience with Bash, Shell, Perl etc...
  • Fluency in working on Linux platforms.
