BFT South Brisbane, one of Brisbane's top-tier group training studios for the past 7 years since we opened our doors back in 2018. Our world class, science-backed group training system combines progression based strength & conditioning to deliver proven results and an unbeatable training experience

What we're Looking For:

  • Prior group training experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with members
  • Energetic, motivating, and hands-on coaching. Not just a cheerleader
  • Willingness to learn the BFT system and coaching cues
  • Reliability, professionalism, and bring energy to every session
  • Availability for afternoon blocks, midday sessions (12:30pm) and rotating Saturday mornings
  • A team player who thrives in a high-performance, community-driven environment
  • Ready for an immediate start

Requirements

  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Confident in delivering group sessions to a high standard
  • A genuine passion for fitness, health and helping people succeed
