Following a period of significant growth, we are seeking a driven and experienced
Client Services Associate (CSA)
to join our
Brisbane
team. In this role, you will gain exposure to all areas of the business and play a key role as the primary point of contact for the families we work with. The position is fast-paced, time-critical, and requires a high level of organisation and attention to detail.

On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will include:

  • Booking client meetings and scheduling investment reviews
  • Liaising with third-party advisers, including accountants, lawyers, and consultants
  • Working closely with the Portfolio Analyst team to prepare for proposals and reviews
  • Overseeing trade placement, follow-up, and settlement
  • Managing cash transfers, including regular payments and capital calls
  • Onboarding new clients and contributing to an exceptional client experience
  • Responding to inbound client requests and resolving matters with urgency
  • Designing, implementing, and improving client service processes
  • Working closely with Advisers and Partners throughout the advice process

Our ideal candidate will bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a wholesale or high-net-worth (HNW) investment environment
  • A genuine desire to learn, develop, and build a career in wealth management
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience using investment and banking platforms
  • A collaborative mindset and a strong commitment to client service
