SILS provides accommodation and helps 16–17-year-olds under guardianship develop essential life skills, while SPC supports care leavers aged 18–21 to maintain stable housing and successfully move into adulthood. This role focuses on building independence, promoting wellbeing, and offering practical, trauma-informed support through daily assistance, crisis response, case management, and teamwork with other services.

About you:

You are compassionate, reliable, and committed to supporting young people through their transition to independence. With experience working with at-risk youth, you use a trauma-informed approach to build trust and provide meaningful support.
