Eatons Hill Hotel is looking for a Venue Manager to work with our diverse range of bar, bistro, functions and events team. This position has prospects for career development and the opportunity to learn and grow within a large team of experienced staff. The Venue Manager will have a strong Food and Beverage focus and lead our front of house staff during key service periods. Ensuring we deliver industry best service will be at the forefront at all times. The role requires availability both day and night and weekend work.   • Previous experience in the same or like role

  • Adherence to all Health and Safety Regulations
  • An ability to work in a busy team environment
  • The ability to manage multiple staff across multiple areas
  • Current RSA, RSG & RLMV
  • Previous Gaming/TAB experience
  • Cash handling and cash operating procedures
  • Previous stock handling experience
  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • Strong knowledge of Qld Liquor Compliance
  • Experience in a high volume food and beverage sales environment
