Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and Lead: Coach your Funsquad by setting the gold standard for guest experiences. Your leadership will make every meal memorable
- Safety and Fun: Ensure a lively yet safe environment for both your team and guests, meeting all safety and quality control standards
- Efficiency and Innovation: Look at ways we could potentially streamline operations, manage costs, and seize opportunities for improvement
- Daily Operations: Take charge of the kitchen's daily activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
What You Bring:
- Hospitality Experience: Your background in hospitality will shine as you deliver top-notch service
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team
- Qualifications: A certificate in hospitality, retail, catering, or food is a plus. Willingness to obtain a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is essential
