UGL Defence is currently working towards the award of a fuel related Asset Management, Operations and Maintenance contract with Defence. We are currently seeking expressions of interests for E&I Technicians to join our operations and maintenance team in WA.

This is a unique opportunity to join a long-term, operations and maintenance contract, within the defence sector. Work with a Tier 1 services provider, alongside an established crew of experienced technicians.

**The Role**

Reporting through to a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be based at one of two main sites in Perth’s surrounding suburbs, with occasional regional travel. These duties will include, but not limited to;
- Perform scheduled maintenance and service of fuel installation assets and equipment
- Diagnostics and repair in a breakdown environment of fuel related assets and equipment
- Project work as required on the fuel installation and related assets and equipment
- Support subcontracted work packages as required
- Support various sites in greater Perth region, with occasional requirement to travel to regional locations in WA

**What you Need**

You will be a strong team player, a self-starter and dedicated employee that will draw on your experience and diverse skills to deliver high quality outcomes for UGL and our customer. We expect the successful applicants to have the following
- Cert IV Instrumentation and A-grade electrical licence with relevant post trade experience
- Proven experience working in fixed plant maintenance, ideally fuel services or Oil & Gas
- Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas (EEHA) trained required
- Confined space and working at heights tickets will be highly regarded
- Safety is at the forefront of everything you do
- Currently hold, or ability to obtain appropriate Defence Security Clearance
