We are one of the only services in the area to facilitate a monthly, fully paid 2-hour staff meeting. This meeting provides an opportunity for connection, support, and training.

We provide access to the mandatory competencies such as CPR training and manual handling training every year at no cost to the employee.

About The Role

We are looking for a Gardener to join our team in Coffs Harbour. This is a permanent part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys being outdoors and has a keen eye for detail.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the safe and proper use of gardening tools and equipment
  • Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Lawn care: Mowing the lawn and trimming edges.
  • Weeding:Light weeding to keep garden beds clear of unwanted plants.
  • Watering: Ensuring plants and lawns receive adequate water.
  • Pruning: Light pruning of bushes and shrubs to maintain their shape and health.
  • General tidiness: Keeping the garden area free from debris and clutter to ensure safety.

You will be provided with all necessary equipment such as a blower vac, pressure cleaner, and safety gear including hi-vis, hat and helmet.

About You

You are someone who loves spending time outdoors. You enjoy taking pride in your work, ensuring gardens are maintained to a high standard. You're reliable, self-motivated, and have experience with outdoor tasks.

  • Police Check (last 3 months)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • A genuine love for working outdoors and gardening
