The Opportunity

We need an experienced and dedicated Key Account Manager to provide the right solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Your core focus will be managing a portfolio of major accounts and existing customer relationships as well as business development across the region. Delivering increased sales, market share, HME maintenance plans and market intelligence functions for the mining sector. The role requires regional travel and is a full-time permanent position.

Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your key responsibilities include:

  • Retain and grow an existing portfolio of major key accounts
  • Develop close relationships with key decision makers and other people of influence across your portfolio
  • Identify and help problem solve new solutions for our clients
  • Work collaboratively with our managers and workshop supervisors as we usher those solutions in
  • Develop and deliver sales plans with appropriate managers within HEPI
  • Drive the sales process from plan to close, managing budgets as you progress
  • Keep informed of the different products and services we provide to ensure HEPI retains our distinct competitive advantage.
  • Provide support to the National Sales Manager in the development of forecasts and compilations of monthly sales reports
  • Ensure the CRM and your sales reporting is accurate and up to date
