About Us:

We are a rapidly expanding food manufacturing business located in South West Sydney. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products to our customers and maintaining a state-of-the-art production facility. As part of our growth plans, we are seeking Food Production/Factory Workers to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

In this hands-on role, you'll be part of a team dedicated to meeting daily production targets. We are seeking hard working and self-motivated individuals to prepare and pack numerous FMCG products.

  • Assist with the receival, production, packing and delivery of the range of products manufactured
  • Perform food processing tasks such as raw material handling, batching, packing, and quality checking
  • Preparation of daily production materials
  • Operating machines
  • Operating Labelling machines
  • Packing finished product
  • Palletising products
  • Accurately complete all production documentation
  • Clean & sanitise machines, work stations and factory environment
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and OH&S protocols.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role the following skills are required

  • A Positive can-do attitude, Enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn
  • Previous Food Manufacturing or Factory experience desirable
  • HACCP & Food Safety knowledge desirable
  • Ability to work independently and within a small team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced FMCG Environment
  • Willingness to undergo a medical
  • Forklift licence desirable although not essential
