We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as Digital Content Producer – nbn Academy reporting to Executive Manager – Indirect Channels

A bit about your role

The Digital Content Producer for the nbn Academy is responsible for creating high-quality, engaging training materials that support face-to-face delivery and align with strategic sales and product objectives. The role focuses on identifying learning gaps, designing nine key content modules, and continuously improving the learner experience to enhance partner enablement, sales conversion, and customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities include stakeholder collaboration, content development and management, performance tracking, and maintaining an up-to-date content library. Success is measured through stakeholder feedback, content engagement, and learner performance against targets.

A bit about you

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in digital content production, instructional design, and learning and development, with strong consulting and stakeholder management skills. They are highly proficient in written and visual communication, capable of managing multiple learning projects, and familiar with LMS platforms and content authoring tools.

Knowledge of telecommunications and instructional design principles are essential. The candidate should also demonstrate strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to safety and compliance within the organisation.
