SALARY:up to $130,000 + Super + $10,000 relocation + subsidised accommodation  

START DATE: Flexible

Small residential aged care facility with under 50 bed, with a lot of heart. This community is proud of the home, regularly supporting in the upkeep and events for residents. The company is well known in regional NSW with an incredibly rich history spanning well over 100 years.

THE ROLE:

As a Clinical Care Manager we expect a leader that is supportive of the Nursing staff, and will create a safe environment for them to thrive in caring for residents. Your daily responsibilities will include: 

  • Oversee the clinical care functions of the facility in accordance with the applicable regulations and legislation
  • Manage the education and training for care staff
  • Coordinate clinical admissions of new residents to the facility
  • Provide leadership and management that maintains a harmonious and effective team environment
  • Being present in the facility and keeping the mood/spirits high across the floor
  • Being a team player that is willing to help others

MUST HAVE:

  • Current AHPRA combined with relevant management experience within residential aged care
  • Strong commitment to excellence and quality in the provision of aged care related services, with a sound knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • Your own car or ability to get to and from work without public transport
