Key Objectives & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure appropriate stock levels are met
  • Forecasting and demand planning for all SKUs
  • Managing redistribution of stock between all warehouses
  • Developing and maintaining supplier relationships and undertaking negotiations
  • Onboarding new suppliers
  • Facilitating overseas import logistics
  • Inventory optimisation
  • Review cost on all goods and services to achieve best market value
  • Maintenance of order ETAs in forecasting system
  • Develop and actively maintain strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

  • 3-5 years inventory experience is highly regarded
  • Experience using ERP and inventory management software similar to Netstock
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
  • Possess a 'can do' proactive attitude
  • Exceptional time management to juggle multiple tasks and priorities, and to stay organised and on top of deadlines.
  • Team player with a passion for collaboration and making a positive impact in the business
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities, and to develop contingency plans as required.
