It's no secret that Aegros is expanding rapidly An exciting opportunity has arisen for Head of Supply Chain Planning to join our team in Sydney.

Reporting to the Chief Supply Chain Officer, your role will be to plan, organize and control all Supply Chain Planning functions of Aegros, including development, implementation and on-going operation of an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Purchasing Processes.

This includes capturing, confirming and obtaining senior management agreement on Business Requirement forecasts and plans for quantity, timing and value of any Sales, Engineering and Capital Equipment purchases, Manufacturing Materials requirements (MRP), Inventory levels, Factory Capacity Planning and Scheduling.

You will be forecasting combined operations cashflows in order to assure the smooth, financially effective and compliant achievement of agreed business targets, management, maintenance and final selection of all planning parameters with Aegros ERP system (Syspro).

Finally, you will ensure the maintenance of all Master Data relating toOperations (Production, Supply Chain etc.) to ensure purchase orders are placed and expedited/de-expedited, as required by the business plan and appropriate functional responsiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Ensuring all Supply Chain Planning activities in Aegros are conducted safely and in accordance with Aegros policies and procedures and authority limits including compliance with all relevant GMP requirements.
- Developing and implementing the goals, objectives, and strategic plan for Aegros Supply Chain Planning within the Aegros Supply Chain objectives and strategies.
- Building and managing the Supply Chain Planning team to ensure effective and efficient SupplyChain Planning of all operational requirements and objectives.
- Defining key supervisory processes to ensure strict adherence to the Code of GMP and Aegros Corporate Standards and License conditions.
- Developing and successfully implementing a monthly Integrated Business Planning cycle to obtain agreed forecasts of targets, materials, equipment, and relevant services. You will analyse and integrate all forecast data into specific plans, communicating these along with any disconnects, shortfalls and risks to senior management and after including any feedback to obtain their sign off.
- Managing all planning parameters and relevant master data with Aegros ERP system to ensure the effective operation of Syspro in operational functions, including maintenance of planning parameters, item master data, relevant Syspro functionality and operations reporting

**You will bring...**
- Tertiary qualified in Science, Engineering or related discipline with at least 5 years’experience in a GMP manufacturing environment (Sterile experience preferred) in a similar position
- Experience in managing an IBP, SOP or MRP2 process.
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven agile approach
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Excellent planning skills and a high level of data capture and analytical skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and senior management
- Strong people management skills
- Computer systems skills
