$135,320 package includes salary ($119,757 - $132,188), employer's superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
This position is responsible for providing advice and consultancy to management on workforce solutions and issues to meet the goals specified in TAFE NSW and the People and Culture Strategic Plans.
About You
To be successful for this position, the candidate will need:
- Degree qualification in related field or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated experience in the engagement of multiple stakeholders in a diverse, complex environment
- Successful history of building relationships and influencing key stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of HR related legislative and regulatory requirements and/or experience in a people leadership capacity
- A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement)
