As a couple, you will work collaboratively to lead and develop teams, manage budgets, and enhance service delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Resilience and an openness to change are crucial, as is the ability to effectively address and resolve customer issues. Your experience should demonstrate a commitment to fostering a productive, culturally sensitive work environment and driving operational success.
