The Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. You will play a key role in planning and overseeing the completion of road construction projects, ensuring compliance with TMR specifications and safety standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work on significant infrastructure projects, contribute to regional development, and advance your engineering career.

The position is available as a Fly In - Fly Out role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee civil road construction projects, ensuring compliance with TMR guidelines
  • Provide technical expertise in site investigations, design, and project management
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure adherence to engineering best practices
  • Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and external stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve engineering challenges to enhance project efficiency
  • Maintain strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Proven experience in civil road construction (TMR project experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Queensland road infrastructure standards
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in regional locations
