Overview

Project Engineer - Queensland Division

Our client is actively recruiting a Project Engineer to work alongside Project Managers on projects along the Southeast Queensland Coast. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will join an established team and be responsible for project deliverables, planning and efficiency, quality and compliance, providing design and technical support to the construction and supervision teams, and resource management.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with project deliverables, planning, and efficiency to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Provide design and technical support to construction and supervision teams.
  • Coordinate resource management and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain the highest level of health and safety standards in accordance with client WHS policies.

What We Want
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields
What We Expect
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience on Australian Tier 1 construction/engineering, infrastructure and/or resources projects; ground engineering experience is highly favorable
  • Strong and confident communicator with good literacy, MS Excel proficiency, and a proactive, collaborative mindset
  • Current open (full) Driver\'s Licence and Construction White Card
  • Willingness to undertake a full pre-employment medical health screen including drug and alcohol screening
