We are on the hunt for a Sales Development Representative, to take the business to the next level. What we are looking for:

Ambitious, experienced and motivated Sales Development Representatives to join our team. In this role, you'll develop both cold and warm leads from ideation to identification to pitch and close. You are a master of turning "no" into "maybe," and "maybe" into money. You have real confidence—and strive for a career that keeps you in control of your future.

Responsibilities include;

  • Sourcing and qualifying new partnership opportunities through cold calling, established networks, new and existing relationships, independent research, and our bespoke lead generation pipeline
  • Lead Management: Respond to incoming inquiries via phone and email promptly, professionally, and courteously.
  • Conducting discovery calls to deeply understand the unique needs of mid-market clients and tailoring our solutions accordingly.
  • Drive growth within our referral segment by consistently exceeding sales targets and developing strong relationships with potential partners.
  • Relationship Building: Build rapport with partners and customers, instill trust, and foster long-term relationships, creating a strong sales pipeline.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the company's leadership team, operations management and owners to ensure the smooth handover of qualified opportunities or to help close sales.

What we're looking for;

  • Experience: Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of consistently exceeding targets and goals whilst delivering excellent customer service.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and influencing abilities, with the capacity to overcome objections and close sales effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to adapt to different customer needs. Demonstrated active listening and presentation skills.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems; Hubspot desirable.
  • Work Ethic: A self-starter with a resilient mindset, a sense of humour, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong time management and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload.
