Sales Coordinator | KEW | FTC

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and organised Sales Coordinator to support our high-performing Sales team. This pivotal role will see you working closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate seasonal sell-in processes, maintain purchase order accuracy, and support sales programs that drive performance across our key retail partners.

This is a fixed term contract position for 12 months.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

  • Managing and tracking customer purchase orders and ensuring accurate data entry and order flow
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams and key retail customers
  • Supporting Go-To-Market presentations and sales events with price lists and admin coordination
  • Ensuring ecommerce and merchandising support through imagery, samples, and product copy
  • Delivering sales reporting and analysis to support decision-making

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Experience using Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate level)
  • Proven experience in sales coordination or administration
  • Confidence working across multiple systems and managing timelines
  • Clear communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
