Pinnacle People are seeking talented Baristas & Café All-Rounders to brew the perfect coffee experience for our clients across a range of exclusive venues in Canberra.

Are you passionate about coffee, great customer service, and working in a dynamic café environment? Then join our team The successful candidate must take pride in delivering high-calibre service with a hard-working attitude and attention to detail in presentation.

What you will have:

  • Previous experience in a café or hospitality setting is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Barista experience (for Baristas) and a desire to improve your skills
  • Experience with cashiering and front-of-house duties including serving food and drinks and clearing tables
  • Basic food prep skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional presentation and grooming standards
  • A valid RSA
  • A Food Handling Hygiene Certificate
  • Police Check or willing to obtain one
