What You'll Be Doing

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you'll excel at driving performance, leading your team, and delivering real impact.

In this role, you will:

  • Take charge of business, product, and sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market share.
  • Bring your industry smarts to deliver outstanding customer service and expert advice.
  • Own the systems, processes, and performance measures that push the branch to hit—and beat—its targets.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams that genuinely value your input.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a strong team of Trade Salespeople and Delivery Drivers, creating a culture where people want to perform and grow.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience leading a team in a senior or branch management role—and the results to back it up.
  • Plumbing wholesale knowledge (highly advantageous) or experience in plumbing/trade distribution.
  • A customer-first mindset with the confidence to communicate across all levels.
  • A hands-on leadership style that energises your team and drives results.
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to create new opportunities.
