Job Title: Outbound Sales Development Representative (Solar Batteries)

We're expanding our Surry Hills-based sales team at our new state of the art HQ and looking for energetic, driven Outbound Sales Development Representatives to help homeowners take control of their energy usage and make a meaningful impact on the planet.

What You'll Do

  • Connect & Educate: Reach out to existing and potential customers to introduce the benefits of solar & batteries and energy independence.
  • Qualify & Schedule: Identify engaged prospects and book consultations with our expert solar team.
  • Deliver Value: Make every interaction count—informative, helpful, and respectful.
  • Collaborate: Share wins, learn together, and be part of a supportive, purpose-led team.

We're Looking For

  • Sales or Customer Service Experience (Retail, hospitality, or telesales – welcome)
  • Confident Communicators: You know how to build rapport and explain value.
  • Resilient & Goal-Oriented: You bounce back from setbacks and keep pushing forward.
  • Green-Minded Advocates: You genuinely care about sustainability and the planet.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs and digital lead tools (bonus points).
