Role Overview:

Experience a dynamic work environment with diversetasks, ranging from residential electrical and air conditioning to complex commercial projects, including mechanical Electrical, Automation, BMS controls . Occasional, short-duration (4-14 day), drive-in/drive-out mining projects offer a change of scenery. Our residential work provides consistent, detail-oriented tasks close to our workshop. Our commercial and mining projects offer opportunities for technical challenges and unique experiences.

We are looking for qualified Electricians or Refrigeration/HVAC Mechanics.

Interest in dual trade qualification is a plus, but not required.

Existing single and dual trade qualified individuals, including provisional electricians completing gap training, are encouraged to apply.

Your tasks will include:

Depending on existing experience and qualifications.

  • Maintenance, installation and service on various electrical and HVAC/R systems.
  • HVAC & Air conditioning installation, fault finding, breakdowns and repairs.
  • General electrical installation, maintenance and fault finding for residential and commercial clients.
  • Mechanical electrical, controls and switchboard work for larger projects.
  • Commercial refrigeration work, providing exposure and training without a 24/7 roster.
  • Mentoring apprentices.

  • Occasional short-term remote mining work with generous allowances. Mining work involves service, maintenance and install of HVAC/R & electrical systems on remote sites.
  • Work breakdown: Residential (60%), Commercial (30%), Mining (10%).
  • Company vehicle, phone, uniforms and PPE provided.
  • Planned team-building and partner-friendly social events.

Requirements:

  • Trade qualifications and licenses as Electrician or Refrigeration/Air Conditioning Mechanic.
  • Provisional OTSR license holders completing GAP training encouraged to apply.
  • Current CPR certification (for Electricians).
  • Police clearance.
  • Valid Australian driver's license.
  • Commitment to safety and high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to mentor apprentices.
