About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Part/Full Time Permanent Shift Team Leader – Sales Consultant to join our terminal sales team. This role combines sales excellence with leadership responsibility, supervising and supporting team members to deliver outstanding service. If you have proven experience in sales and team leadership, we invite you to apply online today.
About You
- Proven ability to lead, supervise, and support a team of Sales Consultants, Carpark Attendants, and Cleaners as a Shift Team Leader
- Ability to work autonomously while also guiding and motivating team members
- Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of a dynamic terminal environment
- Exceptional commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and equipped with strong communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships
- Able to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and a positive "Can Do" attitude
- Well presented at all times with a professional approach
- Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Effective planning and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster between 6:00 AM and 6:15 PM
These attributes will be complimented by experience andskills in the following areas:
- Leadership experience in guiding and supporting teams to achieve goals
- Senior First Aid and Resuscitation Qualifications
- Cash handling experience
- Proven track record of excellent customer service
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Accurate time management
- Strong problem-solving/ conflict management skills
- Qualification in Telecommunications - Desirable
- Qualification in Travel and Tourism - Desirable
- Sales and customer service experience - Essential
- Experience in working in a fast-paced team to reach goals - Essential
- Experience in the Tourism Industry - Desirable
- Experience in the Transport Industry – Desirable
