About the role

Sonny's Bakery is seeking an experienced Barista Cafe All Rounder to join our vibrant team in our Tamworth, NSW location. This is a casual position, with full time hours available. As a Barista Cafe All Rounder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our busy cafe.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing high-quality coffee drinks and beverages
  2. Assisting with food preparation and service
  3. Providing friendly and attentive customer service
  4. Maintaining a clean and organised cafe environment
  5. Troubleshooting any equipment issues and performing basic maintenance
  6. Restocking and inventory management
  7. Adhering to all health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a barista or in a similar cafe/hospitality role
  2. Strong customer service and communication skills
  3. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  4. Familiarity with operating coffee machines and other cafe equipment
  5. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  6. A passion for food, coffee, and providing an exceptional customer experience
