About the Role
:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our award-winning digital marketing agency on a freelance basis. This role will be based in Sydney, with regular in-person collaboration from our Darling Harbour office 1–2 days per week.

You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, and acting as the key liaison between clients and our internal teams across creative, social, and paid media.

Responsibilities
:

  • Manage day-to-day client communication and relationships.

  • Oversee campaign delivery, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met.

  • Work closely with creative and strategy teams to deliver exceptional work.

  • Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to clients.

  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts.

Requirements
:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in a digital marketing agency.

  • Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Understanding of social media, paid media, and digital campaign management.

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Sydney-based and available to work on-site in Darling Harbour 1–2 days per week.

  • Full-time availability on a freelance/contract basis.
