An exceptional career opportunity is available for the role of Warehouse Assistant / Storeperson at our national distribution centre in Chipping Norton NSW.

About the Position:

  • Picking and Packing: Prepare daily orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Freight Management: Arrange daily outbound freight pickups via couriers' booking portals.
  • General Warehouse Duties: Operate forklifts, load and unload trucks, maintain warehouse cleanliness, etc.
  • Stocktake: Assist with stock control activities.
  • Documentation: Maintain and manage records of incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Working Hours: 38 hours per week from Mon to Fri.

About you:

  • Preferred but Not Essential: Plumbing trade counter experience.
  • Essential: Forklift licence and warehouse work experience.
  • Personality: Punctual and self-disciplined.
  • Learning and Adaptability: Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Computer Literacy: Competent with computer use.
  • Time Management: Efficient in managing time and multitasking.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well in a team.
  • Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Requirements: Must pass a National Police Check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
