Role description

27BC is seeking to recruit a Network Engineering Graduate, to join our team. 27BC's Graduate Program is in its 5th year of operation, attracting and retaining Graduates across a number areas including; Business, Technology, Security, Cloud, Data, and Innovation Solutioning. The 27BC Graduate Program is a well-structured Program focused on the Personal & Professional Development of the individual. The recruit will have a strong desire to learn technology specific areas of cloud, security, infrastructure design, implement and the ongoing management of Customers' Managed Networks, as delivered by 27BC.

In this role you will have the opportunity to develop skills in the following areas, including:

  • Networking Fundamentals, including LAN, WAN, Internet Protocols, ISO Layer, TCPIP Protocols, Firewalls, Network Routing,
  • Network Security,
  • Network Configuration and troubleshooting,
  • Understanding of customer's needs,
  • Gather, compile and structure data to produce decision driven customer reports,
  • Assess and evaluate the business needs based on information available from customer networks,
  • Collaborate with skilled and experienced Network Engineers, Support Teams and Infrastructure Teams to develop data analysis and reports for customer decision making,
  • Strengthen your Customer Delivery & Coordination abilities,
  • Learning new technologies and the ability to perform functions on the technology platforms,
  • Configuration of Tasks, on the technology platform and an ability to support the customer queries.

We are looking for recent graduates with tertiary education, minimum bachelor's degree, ideally with a Network technology focus.
