The Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will work within a small team that supports our wholesale customers. We are looking for someone part time - four days per week. Training will be provided.
The role consists of:
- Answering phone calls in a courteous & professional manner
- Managing incoming enquiries, sales emails, orders, invoicing & outgoing mail
- Processing customer orders & payments – in person, by email and phone
- Having the ability to organise, multitask and prioritise
- MS Office skills
- Working with warehouse, production and management staff
- Daily inspection of reception & front of house areas, maintaining an impeccable standard of presentation
- Use of visitor management system, passes & vests
- Administration & adhoc duties as instructed
About You
Well presented with a friendly manner, a can do attitude with a willingness to learn.
A team player is a must, able to follow instructions and great communication skills.
