Salary range: $ to $ p.f. (Nurse Grade 7)
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

About your opportunity
The Team Manager plays a pivotal leadership role in embedding a culturally responsive, patient-centred model of care that strengthens partnerships with local and regional General Practitioners, primary health care providers, and community networks. The role is responsible for ensuring the service meets key performance indicators, delivers best practice care, and supports continuous improvement across the patient journey.
Requirements:
Identified Role: Under s25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991, there is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be indigenous to the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community.
Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory.
Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate license endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.
Highly Desirable: Possession of a relevant postgraduate qualification in an appropriate field is highly desirable. Such experience may be discipline specific or have a service area focus.
