Salary range: $ to $ pf. (Nurse Grade 7)

4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading

12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

About your opportunity

Eventide Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) is a Queensland Health managed aged care service within the Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS) and is located in Charters Towers. The facility provides residential care for older persons who require specialised nursing care due to fragility and complex care needs.

Requirements:

Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration

Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory.

Nursing: Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and possession of a current practising certificate.

On-call: Appointees may be required to participate in an on-call roster.

Travel: This position may be required to travel to (via small planes or ferry), and work at, other facilities located within the Townsville Hospital and Health Service, e.g., participate in clinical activities or meetings for planning, quality, performance and education.

Driver Licence: This position requires the applicant to possess an appropriate license to operate a Class C (car) motor vehicle.

This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
